Conflict Material Statement

In 2010, Congress enacted the Conflict Materials provisions of the Dodd-Frank Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The goal of this legislation is to eliminate the illegal trade in gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten (conflict materials) and cutting the funding of armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries that are engaged in human rights abuses.

Zagwear has built a reputation on operating and sourcing in an ethically and socially responsible manner. We are committed to ensuring our supply chain shares our same values around human rights, ethics, and social and environmental responsibility.

Zagwear does not directly purchase any Conflict Materials from any source. Since the supply chain for Conflict Materials is complex, we are committed to working with our supply chain to increase transparency regarding the origin and traceability of minerals contained in our products. Our goal is to ensure that all products manufactured, distributed, and sold by Zagwear are “DRC Conflict Free”.
